Cessna 182T Arrival to Saint Simons Island for the AOPA Fly-In

This is the arrival into the AOPA Fly-In at Saint Simons Island, GA - McKinnon Airport (KSSI) on November 8, 2014.

The video starts 5 minutes before Fernandina Beach Airport, FL (KFHB) all the way through the VFR arrival into KSSI entering a left downwind for runway 4.

Traffic was intense but not as crazy as I expected it to be because we arrived at 11am which was after the morning rush for the breakfast.

The AOPA team and volunteers did a fantastic job guiding traffic in and out of the airport.

It was a great event and I will attend as many of these as I can. Yet, it helped to fly along side my good friend and pilot Joe who helped a LOT.
