The Way to Oshkosh 2018 Story 1, AIRPLANE TROUBLE, Failing Governor, Puzzling Engine Indications
In this series of Niko's Wings parallel episodes, I'm sharing the drama, the excitement and the feelings felt on the way to Oshkosh but also during and after Oshkosh 2018.

On this episode the troubles start early with a failing starter adapter, creating fears of getting stranded somewhere, later on faulty Exhaust Gas Temperature indications make me worry about engine trouble, then a thump in the engine gets the adrenaline going. It turns out the propeller governor was losing engine oil.

Can you spot the thump when it happens? Don't miss the next episodes coming up, about the weather, the fly-in and the fly-out of Oshkosh 2018.
